Bookshop.org is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping independent bookstores survive and thrive by giving them an online platform from which to sell books.  

All independently-owned bookstores struggle today because of the Goliath online competitors that actually sell books to consumers at prices below the cost at which we can buy them.  This practice puts us at a significant disadvantage.  

We highly encourage people to support their local bookstores and keep their dollars in their communities.  

You can do this by purchasing at our brick and mortar store.  But we understand you're busy and sometimes you just need to order a book and have it delivered.  In those instances, we invite you to shop at bookshop.org and choose The Taleless Dog as your store of choice.  Bookshop will ship you your book and some of the profits will be shared with us.  This amazing company helps us keep our lights on and our doors open and allows you to buy online and local all at the same time!

So, although we'd rather see you and talk to you and let you touch and smell those books - here's a great option when that just isn't feasible.
